AI时代医学课程范式的系统重构与实施路径
Systematic reconstruction and implementation pathways of medical curriculum paradigm in the AI era
摘要
Abstract
This study examines the systematic reconstruction pathway of medical curriculum paradigm in response to the outsourcing of higher-order thinking and the diminished emphasis on ethics,which are engendered by the integration of artificial intelligence in medical education.The authors propose the core principles of"values-guided and human-AI collaboration"and they also establish a four-in-one curricular framework encompassing"Objective-Role-Process-Evaluation".Within this framework,the cultivation of ethical judgment is positioned as the overarching objective,so that teachers can transform into ethics facilitators.The instructional process is characterized by human-AI collaboration and spiral progression,while the evaluation system is grounded in a developmental learning portrait.The authors then illustrate the implementation of this framework in integrating gene manipulation techniques with bio-ethics cultivation for the course of genetic engineering.关键词
