The Global Effects of Developing New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,emerging technologies(including new information technology,artificial intelligence technology,nanotechnology,biomedicine technology,quantum technology,and new energy technology)are rapidly develo-ping,leading to a substantial leap in global productivity.The new quality productive forces are marked by breakthrough advancements in general-purpose technologies(GPTs)focusing on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,which are widely applied across various industries,thus significantly boosting total factor productivity.The development of new quality productivity not only af-fects a country's political economy but also has profound global implications.Firstly,it reshapes the global balance of power by altering national economic strength,military power,and discourse power;secondly,it changes the international competitive landscape by shift-ing national competition focus,shaping international rules,and influencing alliance dynamics;thirdly,it places a series of new issues on the international agenda,posing new challenges to the existing global governance system,while also accelerating global governance reforms by providing new solutions to global problems.关键词
