乙二醇表面改性钼镍双金属型加氢催化剂的制备及性能
Preparation and performance of ethylene glycol surface-modified molybdenum-nickel bimetallic hydrogenation catalysts

Abstract
By using ethylene glycol as a promoter,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR,TEM,and XPS were employed to explore the influence of promoters on the structure and hydrogenation performance of Mo-Ni bimetallic hydrogenation catalysts.The experimental results show that compared to catalysts without promoters,the MoS2 dispersion degree of catalysts with promoters increases from 0.278 to 0.317-0.341,and the promoters enhance the sulfidation degree of Mo species.Additionally,promoters facilitate the transformation of Mo6+to Mo4+via Mo5+during sulfidation,with low promoter dosage significantly increasing the proportion of Mo4+in the sulfided catalysts.The promoters also markedly reduce the proportion of Ni2+and promoted the conversion of Ni2+to the NiMoS active phase.Under the conditions of 6.0 MPa,340℃,volume space velocity of 1.5 h-1,and a hydrogen/oil volume ratio of 500,the aromatic saturation performance of the catalysts initially increased and then decrease with increasing promoter dosage.The catalyst with 12.5%(φ)promoter dosage exhibits the highest increase in saturated hydrocarbon content in the hydrogenation products,with an increase of 11.7 percentage points relative to the feedstock.关键词
