Abstract
The 2.1 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of a Sinopec refining and chemical company faces severe blue plume tailing in flue gas,afterburning in the regenerator,and high temperatures at the manifold and flue gas expander inlet.To address these issues,an industrial application test of the three-effect additive for denitrification,combustion assistance,and acid mist removal was carried out.The results show that after applying the three-effect additive for denitrification,combustion assistance,and acid mist removal,the concentrations of SO2 and SO3 at the flue gas desulfurization inlet decreased from 925.00,283.36 mg/m3 to 723.00,222.25 mg/m3,respectively.SO3 concentration at the flue gas desulfurization outlet decreased from 75.02 mg/m3 to 58.29 mg/m3.The regenerator manifold average temperature decreased from 705℃to 697℃,matching the dense and dilute phase average temperature.The average temperature of the flue gas expander inlet decreased from 672.3℃to 663.2℃,and the afterburning phenomenon was eliminated.NOx concentration at the flue gas desulfurization inlet decreased from 50.80 mg/m3 to 38.90 mg/m3.In addition,the product distribution and quality remained stable during the period of using the three-effect additive for denitrification,combustion assistance,and acid mist removal.关键词
