The Value and Practical Pathways of Arts and Culture Empowering Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a significant strategic task,which is not only the rise of the economy,but also the inheritance of culture and the reshaping of spirit.As an expressive form of culture,spirit,and emotion,art and culture,with its unique ability to inspire,create,and disseminate,plays a vital role in activating the endogenous momentum of rural areas,revitalizing the cultural ecosystem of the countryside,and broadening pathways for rural development.However,art and culture empowering rural revitalization still faces some challenges,such as poor coordination among main bodies that leads to insufficient collaborative efforts,superficial resource utilization that results in weak capacity for resource revitalization,and inadequate policy support that limits sustainable development.To achieve both material and spiritual prosperity in rural areas,it is essential to strengthen top-level design to establish both policy and institutional safeguards,concentrate on rural essence to produce high-quality artistic and cultural content,promote a shift from"external support"to"internal capacity-building",integrate art and culture into rural governance to consolidate development synergy.关键词
