Abstract
Atherosclerosis,as a chronic progressive disease,is more common in the middle-aged and elderly,often involving the cadiovascular and cerebrovascular systems.Clinically,atherosclerotic ischemic stroke(IS)or transient ischemic attack(TIA)often coexists with coronary heart disease(CHD).Compared with IS patients without CHD,IS patients combined with CHD are more severe,have a higher risk of death,and a worse prognosis.The Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Atherosclerotic Ischemic Stroke/Transient Ischemic Attack Combined with Coronary Heart Disease(Grassroots Version 2025)concisely recommends the risk assessment,screening objects,primary diagnostic and screening tools,diagnosis and treatment strategies(including acute phase treatment,secondary prevention treatment,referral indications,and rehabilitation treatment)of atherosclerotic IS/TIA combined with CHD,so as to provide a concise and operable diagnosis and treatment protocols of atherosclerotic IS/TIA combined with CHD for primary physicians,and improve the management skills of primary physicians.关键词
