右正中神经电刺激联合醒脑开窍针刺治疗中风后意识障碍的临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of right median nerve electrical stimulation combined with mind-awakening and orifice-opening acupuncture for post-stroke disorders of consciousness

Abstract
Objective To observe the awakening efficacy of right median nerve electrical stimulation(RMNES)combined with mind-awakening and orifice-opening acupuncture in patients with post-stroke disorders of consciousness.Methods Sixty patients were ran-domly divided into an electrical stimulation group(n=30)and a combination group(n=30).Both groups received conventional clinical treatment.The electrical stimulation group received RMNES,while the combination group received additional mind-awakening and orifice-opening acupuncture.Treatment continued for 4 weeks.Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),Coma Recovery Scale-Revised(CRS-R)scores,and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were assessed before treatment and at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,both groups showed increased GCS and CRS-R scores compared to baseline(P<0.05),with the combina-tion group demonstrating higher scores than the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).Serum TNF-α levels decreased in both groups compared to baseline(P<0.05),with lower levels in the combination group than in the electrical stimulation group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The combination of RMNES and mind-awakening and orifice-opening acupuncture may promote consciousness recovery and reduce inflammatory response in patients with post-stroke disorders of consciousness.关键词
