基于"调质救弊"探析粪菌移植+中医药辅助定植在溃疡性结肠炎治疗的新策略
Exploring the new strategy of fecal microbiota transplantation combined with TCM assisted colonization for the treatment of ulcerative colitis based on"Tiaozhi Jiubi"
摘要
Abstract
A major challenge in the clinical application of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)is how to effectively improve the engraftment rate of the gut microbiota.This article examines the similarities and differences in sources,preparation techniques,and administration methods between fecal bacteria used in FMT and Jinzhi,and we concluded that fecal bacteria from FMT should be TCM properties of bitter-cold.Therefore,based on the idea of"Diaozhi Jiubi",the hypothesis was proposed to improve therapeutic effect for the cold syndrome of ulcerative colitis through FMT and Yang-supporting therapy.A review of the literature reveals that Yang-supporting therapy can resist pathogen invasion and maintain bacterial colonization resistance by regulating the structure of gut micro-biota,improving the energy metabolism and hypoxia of intestinal epithelial cells,maintaining the integrity of mucosal barrier and reshap-ing the balance of intestinal immune.These findings suggest that the"microbiota-metabolism-barrier-immunity"interaction represents a potential mechanism underlying the synergistic effect between Yang-supporting therapy and FMT.关键词
