《本草纲目》收载药食两用品的研究
Research on dual-use medicinal and edible substances recorded in the Compendium of Materia Medica(本草纲目)

Abstract
To explore the academic thought of"food and medicine sharing the same origin"contained in the Compendium of Materia Medica(本草纲目)and systematically summarize the medicinal properties of the food-medicine dual-use substances it records.Taking the Compendium of Materia Medica as the research object,a systematic screening and statistical analysis was conducted on the food-medicine dual-use substances recorded in the book.The medicinal properties were categorized and analyzed from aspects such as the four natures,five flavors,meridian affinity,efficacy classification,and ascending-descending-floating-sinking characteristics.Accord-ing to statistics,a total of 100 kinds of medicinal and edible substances were identified in the Compendium of Materia Medica.The dis-tribution of medicinal properties showed the following patterns:the four natures were mainly neutral and warm;the five flavors were pre-dominantly sweet and pungent;the meridian affinity mainly involved the lung,spleen,and liver meridians;the functional categories were mostly focused on tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,warming the interior,and relieving exterior syndromes;and predominantly ascending and floating.The Compendium of Materia Medica systematically summarizes the theoretical and practical achievements regard-ing medicine and food homology before the Ming dynasty.Concepts such as the ten categories,yin-yang of taste and nature,suitability and contraindications of five flavors,and ascending-descending-floating-sinking provided foundational guidance.Its medicinal property patterns,characterized by neutral/warm natures and sweet/pungent flavors,offer critical textual evidence and theoretical support for defining and applying food-medicine dual-use substances in later generations.关键词
