Abstract
Shenling Baizhu Powder(参苓白术散,SLBZP)is one of the classical prescriptions from the Prescriptions of the Bureau of Taiping People's Welfare Pharmacy(太平惠民和剂局方),possessing the efficacy of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen,as well as penetrating dampness and stopping diarrhea.With its characteristics of"tonifying deficiency,eliminating dampness,resolving stagnation,and regulating qi",it occupies a crucial position in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical field and is the representa-tive prescription for treating spleen deficiency with dampness excess.Later generations of physicians have significantly expanded its scope of treatment and achieved remarkable therapeutic effects by modifying and adapting its formulations,incorporating the concept of homotherapy for heteropathy.Based on an extensive search of relevant Chinese and English literature,this paper systematically reviews and summarizes the modern clinical applications of SLBZP in treating digestive,respiratory,cardiovascular,cerebrovascular,endo-crine,gynecological,pediatric,dermatological,and otolaryngological diseases.It also comprehensively analyzes its multi-target,multi-level,and multi-pathway mechanisms,including anti-inflammatory effects,regulation of oxidative stress,modulation of glucose and lipid metabolism,regulation of cellular autophagy,alleviation of intestinal dysbiosis and promotion of mucosal repair,as well as antitumor and antifibrotic activities,aiming to provide new directions for subsequent in-depth research and clinical practice.关键词
