Breaking Barriers and Leaping Forward:Mechanisms and Pathways of Empowering Revitalization of Sports Culture in Northern Anhui with New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
In order to explore the coupling logic and endogenous driving force generation mechanism of new quality productive forces and the revitalization of sports culture in northern Anhui,as well as the manifestation of external vitality,this paper adopts literature research,case analysis,and data analysis methods to sort out relevant practical cases and statistical data using six cities in northern Anhui as samples.Research has found that endogenous driving forces mainly come from three mechanisms:technological empowerment,green transformation,and policy coordina-tion,while external vitality is mainly reflected in the three achievements of sports economy,rural revitalization,and brand culture.The research conclusion shows that the new quality productive forces constructs a revitalization path of"resource activation value appreciation industrial upgrading"through the two-way interaction of endogenous dri-ving of"technology policy ecology"and external output of"economy society culture",driven by innovative factors,to solve the problems of resource constraints and insufficient development momentum in similar regions.关键词
