Research on the Integrated Construction of Ideological and Political Education Teachers in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary Schools Under a Systems Thinking Approach

Abstract
As a key link in the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,the integrated construction of the teachers for ideological and political courses in primary,seconda-ry,and tertiary schools should be highly valued and comprehensively promoted.From a systems thinking perspec-tive,the integrated construction of the teaching staff should highlight the integrity of the system,the orderliness of the structure,the hierarchy of elements,and the openness of exchange.In the practice of integrating the teachers of ideological and political courses in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,there are practical difficulties such as i-deological and cognitive deviations,lagging governance concepts,weak organizational mechanisms,and differences in evaluation systems.Therefore,in the new era,the integrated construction of ideological and political education tea-chers in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools should be guided by the growth and development of students.It should be systematically promoted from the aspects of strengthening the integration of ideological recognition,organi-zational governance,mechanism implementation,and evaluation system.Furthermore,a multi-dimensional implemen-tation path should be constructed to comprehensively promote the integration of ideological and political education teachers construction in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,and comprehensively improve the teaching level and comprehensive literacy of ideological and political education teachers in each stage.关键词
