摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the road performance of biomass-oil warm-mix asphalt binder, four asphalt binders were select-ed:90#Qinhuangdao base asphalt,70#Jingbo base asphalt,Lunt styrene-butadiene rubber(SBS)modified asphalt, and Lunt rubber asphalt.A series of tests were conducted, including rotational viscosity test,dynam-ic shear rheometer(DSR)test, bending beam rheometer(BBR)test, boiling test, and water immersion test. The results show that the viscosity of the biomass-oil warm-mix 90#and 70#base asphalts does not vary with shear rate, exhibiting Newtonian fluid behavior, whereas the viscosity of SBS-modified asphalt and rubber as-phalt varies with shear rate, exhibiting non-Newtonian fluid behavior.Compared with hot-mix asphalt, the biomass-oil warm-mix asphalt exhibits an increased phase angle, decreased complex shear modulus(G)and rutting factor(G/sinδ),reduced creep stiffness, increased creep rate, and unchanged adhesion grade.Over-all,the biomass-oil warm-mix technology leads to a reduction in high-temperature performance and an im-provement in low-temperature performance of asphalt binders, while the adhesion performance remains essen-tially stable.关键词
