辣椒响应低温胁迫的分子机制研究进展
Research progress on the molecular mechanisms of pepper response to low-temperature stress

Abstract
Pepper is a typical thermophilic vegetable crop,and low-temperature stress severely constrains its yield and quality during protected off-season cultivation.This review summarizes recent progress in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying pepper responses to low-temperature stress.First,the general mechanisms of plant cold perception and signal transduction are outlined,including plasma membrane-based perception,the Ca2+-ROS signaling network,and the ICE1-CBF-COR core regulatory module.Subsequently,the adverse effects of low-temperature stress on the growth,physiological metabolism,and endogenous hormone homeostasis of pepper seedlings are summarized.Based on this,we further review recent research hotspots in pepper cold responses.These include multi-omics analyses integrating transcriptomics,metabolomics,and proteomics;functional validation of key transcription factors such as CBF∕DREB,WRKY,NAC,and MYB;and the regulatory roles of epigenetic modifications in cold responses.In addition,this review also summarizes the genetic basis of cold tolerance in pepper and the progress achieved in marker-assisted breeding.Finally,prospects are proposed to address the existing problems in current research,aiming to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for improving cold tolerance in pepper.关键词
