微纳米纤维芳纶非织造材料的制备及热防护性能研究
Research on the fabrication and thermal protective performance of micro-nanofiber aramid nonwoven materials

Abstract
In high-temperature environments,thermal protective clothing plays an indispensable and crucial role in ensuring personnel safety.However,the thermal insulation performance of traditional nonwoven materials still needs to be improved.In this study,an in-situ loading strategy based on a sol-gel confinement template was proposed.By filling a highly porous aramid nanofiber network inside the aramid hydroentangled nonwovens,a hierarchical micro-nanofiber nonwoven material(ANF@AHF)was fabricated.Thermal protection performance tests showed that the loading of aramid nanofibers significantly enhanced its thermal insulation property.At room temperature,the thermal conductivity decreased from 0.043 69 W·m-1·K-1 to 0.035 73 W·m-1·K-1.When the thickness is only 1.2 mm,the TPP value reached 9.870 cal·cm-2.In addition,under the action of a spray gun flame,the material exhibited no obvious volume shrinkage and could self-extinguish after removal from the flame,resulting in a remarkable improvement in flame retardancy.The experimental results provide a scientific basis for the development of ANF@AHF as a high-performance thermal protection material.关键词
