摘要

Abstract

As an important facility for grain storage in grain depots,the construction quality and safety of shallow round warehouses directly affect the success or failure of the entire project,as well as the safety and reliability of grain reserves.This article takes the shallow circular warehouse in Wuhan Municipal Government's grain reserve as the research object,and systematically analyzes the key technologies of warehouse wall slipforming construction,warehouse top support system,and warehouse top concrete pouring technology.Through innovative applications the double compartment wall anti torsion synchronous sliding mode construction technology,the construction accuracy and effi-ciency have been significantly improved.The construction technology of using ultra-high clearance conical roof umbrella support effectively solves the technical difficulties of high-altitude and large-span operations.The implementation of the construction technology of large slope cone concrete silo roof en-sures the integrity of the structure and the quality of concrete forming.The integrated application of the above key technologies has significantly improved the quality of engineering and construction safe-ty,saved 482000 Yuan in direct construction costs,shortened the construction period by 31 days,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
