山梨醇的应用及其制备方法研究进展
Research progress on applications and preparation methods of sorbitol

Abstract
Sorbitol is widely used in pharmaceuticals,foods,daily chemicals,and other fields.With the growing market of demand,its preparation technologies have attracted increasing research attention.In this study,we systematically reviewed three mainstream preparation processes:chemical catalysis,electrolytic reduction,and biological fermentation.Among them,chemical catalysis remains the dominant industrial method,yet it requires further optimization toward continuous processing.The electrolytic reduction method suffers from high energy consumption and low conversion efficiency,necessitating development of advanced cathode materials to improve conversion rates.The biological fermentation method enables the production of high-purity sorbitol under mild conditions;however,its high cost and low economic efficiency limits industrial scalability.Comprehensive analysis indicated that the upgrading and transformation of sorbitol preparation technologies are essential pathways to enhance product quality,reduce costs,and improve production efficiency.Future efforts should focus on expanding sorbitol applications in emerging fields to promote sustainable development of the industry.关键词
