一种车载行进间远程无盲区通信天线的设计与分析
Design and Analysis of a Vehicular OTM Blind-zone-free Communication Antenna

Abstract
The theoretical analysis and optimized design of a vehicular,long-range,blind-zone-free short ware communication antenna for On The Movement(OTM)applications are presented to address the issue that long-distance communications currently rely on relays.This dual electrically small loop Near Vertical Incident Skywave(NVIS)antenna works at the frequency band of 3~12 MHz.Due to the electrically small size of the antenna,an equivalent circuit model of the antenna is proposed and its characteristics are analyzed.Based on the analysis results and considering the practical vehicle-mounted installation conditions,an antenna structure suitable for the corresponding scenario is optimally designed,which consists of three components:an inner circular loop,an outer half-square loop,and a metal ground plane.The inner circular loop fed by the coaxial cable excites the outer half-square loop through inductive coupling.The downward-radiated electromagnetic waves are reflected by the ground plane and then enhanced in the upper-half mirror space.Simulation calculations of the designed antenna show that the maximum reflection loss S11 during antenna tuning is close to-10 dB within the operating frequency band of 3~12 MHz,and communication tests demonstrate that the antenna achieves good practical performance.关键词
