平面S形轴伸泵装置反转抽水工况时水力性能分析

Abstract
In order to explore the internal flow characteristics of the plane S-shaped one-way shaft extension pump device under reverse pumping conditions,we simulated the whole flow field of the pump device in the Huangjinba Gate Station of Yangzhou City,using the SST C-C turbulence model.Then,physical model tests were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the method.This method focuses on the characteristics of the flow field and pressure pulsation in the blade area under different drainage heads.The results show that the pres-sure distribution on the pressure surface of the blade is not uniform at each characteristic head.Along the flow direction,the pressure decreases gradually from the inlet edge to the outlet edge,and a local high pressure zone appears near the rim of the inlet edge.Conversely,the pressure on the suction surface increases gradually from the inlet side to the outlet side,and a negative pressure zone appears at the inlet side.The internal flow and pressure pulsation changes with the drainage head.Under the maximum drainage head and design drain-age head,the connecting area of the guide vane body and the outlet is prone to high-speed backflow and flow seperation,resulting in enhanced pressure pulsation intensity that threatens the safe operation of the pump.Under the minimum drainage head,the flow pattern at the outlet of the guide vane body is significantly im-proved with a uniform streamline distribution,and the main frequency is concentrated at three and five times the rotation frequency.Compared with other head conditions,the pressure pulsation amplitude decreases sig-nificantly with a low pulsation intensity.The research results can provide a reference for the safe and stable operation of similar pump devices under specific reverse pumping conditions.关键词
