Abstract
In the context of'electromagnetic spectrum warfare',radar technology is actively expanding toward intelligent,digital,multi-functional integrated detection and integrated radio frequency,driving direct radio frequency digitization to become a trend in the design of digital array receiver systems.Focusing on the design requirements for ultra-wideband signal digital receiver systems,the engineering limitations of traditional super-heterodyne architectures,single-sampling rate radio frequency direct sampling tech-niques,and'hetero-frequency'sampling techniques are analyzed in this paper in achieving real-time full-band information extrac-tion of ultra-wideband signals with high-performance results.To address these issues,'hetero-rate'sampling,digital channeliza-tion,analog channelization,frequency diversity,and high-linearity link design are integrated in this paper,and a direct radio fre-quency sampling digital receiver architecture based on simultaneous dual-sampling rates cross-blanking is proposed.The engineer-ing design considerations are analyzed,and the practical implementation examples are also provided.The proposed architecture not only achieves real-time full-band coverage of ultra-wideband signals but also achieves performance and interference resistance com-parable to that of super-heterodyne intermediate-frequency digital receiver architectures.关键词
