Current status and practical exploration of grassroots TCM hospital development under the cross-re-gional innovation development alliance model

Abstract
Against the backdrop of comprehensively deepening the reform of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine hos-pitals,promoting the deployment of high-quality resources downward and advancing the homogenized development of grassroots traditional Chinese medicine serve as crucial pathways to address the insufficient medical service capabilities of county-level TCM hospitals.In the process of advancing grassroots TCM reforms,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Shenzhen Hospital(Long-gang)took the lead in establishing a cross-provincial,cross-regional national innovation and development alliance-the Shenzhen Hospital Innovation and Development Alliance of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,abbreviated as the"Innovation and De-velopment Alliance",to support the development of grassroots TCM hospitals and facilitate the sharing of high-quality resources.Relying on the platform of the Innovation and Development Alliance,this paper organizes and implements specialized research.From the perspective of alliance practices,it comprehensively analyzes data on resource allocation,service capabilities,and eco-nomic operations of grassroots TCM hospitals,delving into the difficulties and causes in their development.Furthermore,it elabo-rates on the new model of cross-regional innovation and development alliance management,its role in driving the high-quality de-velopment of grassroots TCM hospitals,and the mechanisms and pathways for achieving this.Drawing on the exploratory experi-ences of alliance members in optimizing management mechanisms,innovating talent cultivation models,and standardizing service development,targeted development strategies are proposed.The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical insights for promoting the high-quality development of grassroots TCM hospitals.关键词
