Abstract
The importance of investigator-initiated trial(IIT)for the high-quality development of medical institutions is increasing day by day.This article analyzes the current situation of IIT project management and review through literature review and the work practice of a tertiary hospital in Guangdong Province.It summarizes the work practice experience,analyzes the ex-isting problems and difficulties,proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and hopes to strengthen the standardization of IIT and improve the quality of IIT projects,providing reference for medical institutions to optimize resource allocation and meet the needs of high-quality development.关键词
