摘要
Abstract
Objective Breech presentation is the most common fetal malpresentations,the incidence ac-counts for 3%-4%of term pregnancies,significantly increasing the risk of maternal and neonatal complica-tions such as difficult delivery,neonatal asphyxia,and postpartum hemorrhage,etc.The clinical application of breech correction techniques can effectively promote the conversion of the fetal position to cephalic,optimize the choice of delivery method,and reduce the cesarean section rate.This article systematically elaborated on the operational standards and applicable conditions of major correction techniques,including the knee-chest po-sition,moxibustion and laser stimulation,and external cephalic version,analyzed the differences in success rates and safety among different techniques,summarized recent research progress in correction timing,auxilia-ry technologies,and management of high-risk groups,and discussed current clinical controversies and future development directions.This review aims to provide an evidence-based reference for clinical practice.关键词
