阜平县肉牛养殖产业发展现状、问题与产业发展路径
Status,Challenges and Development Roadmap of the Beef Cattle Breeding Industry in Fuping County
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the development status of the beef cattle industry in Fuping county,Hebei province,using data comparison,literature review,and industrial research.Results show that from 2023 to 2025,annual slaughter increased from 5 265 to 10 278 heads,and beef output rose from 1 053 to 2 055.6 t.In 2024 alone,slaughter and beef production surged by 77.79%and 64.68%year-on-year(P<0.001).However,challenges remain,including low-scale farming,poor management,weak epidemic control,short industrial chains,and lack of strong regional brands.The study suggests enhancing technical sup-port and disease prevention,fostering leading enterprises to improve large-scale operations and risk resistance,and promoting industry integration to build regional brands,thereby driving high-quality development and rural revitalization.关键词
