芪冬颐心颗粒联合艾司西酞普兰治疗心脏神经官能症临床研究
Clinical Study on Qidong Yixin Granules Combined with Escitalopram in the Treatment of Cardiac Neurosis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qidong Yixin Granules combined with Escitalopram in the treatment of cardiac neurosis(CN).Methods:A total of 60 patients with CN admitted to Putuo District People's Hospital of Zhoushan from January to December 2024 were selected.According to the double-blind grouping principle,the patients were randomly divided into the combination group and the western medicine group using the random number table method and sealed envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received psychological counseling and lifestyle adjustments.The western medicine group was treated with Escitalopram Tablets,while the combination group received Qidong Yixin Granules in addition to the treatment given to the western medicine group.The course of treatment was eight weeks for both groups.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,psychological status scores[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)],24-hour heart rate,24-hour premature beat count,levels of serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]before and after treatment,and safety were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the combination group and 73.33%(22/30)in the western medicine group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05);and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the combination group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in the combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour heart rate and 24-hour premature beat count in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the 24-hour heart rate and 24-hour premature beat count in the combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in the combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P＜0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%(3/30)in the combination group and 33.33%(10/30)in the western medicine group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Qidong Yixin Granules and Escitalopram Tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on CN,which can downregulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors,alleviate depression and anxiety of patients,and has good safety.关键词
