隔药灸脐联合乳果糖治疗阳虚型功能性便秘临床研究
Clinical Study on Herbal-Separated Moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)Point Combined with Lactulose for Functional Constipation of Yang Deficiency Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of herbal-separated moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)point combined with lactulose in the treatment of functional constipation(FC)of yang deficiency type.Methods:A total of 110 patients with FC of yang deficiency type who were admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to September 2025 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio by a random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received oral lactulose;the treatment group received herbal-separated moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)point in addition to the control group's treatment.The treatment course for both groups was four weeks.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Constipation Severity Score(CSS),Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)score,mean weekly spontaneous bowel movement frequency,and hesitant stool score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.36%(53/55)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 80.00%(44/55)in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome scores,CSS,and PAC-QOL were decreased in both groups when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the weekly spontaneous bowel movement frequency was increased and the hesitant stool scores were decreased in both groups when compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in these two indicators in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 5.45%(3/55),and that in the control group was 1.82%(1/55),with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Herbal-separated moxibustion at Shenque(CV8)point combined with conventional western medicine can improve the clinical efficacy,increase bowel movement frequency,reduce hesitant stool severity,and enhance the quality of life in patients with FC of yang deficiency type.关键词
