浅析《女科经纶》论治带下病学术特色
Analysis of Academic Characteristics of Treating Leukorrheal Diseases Under the Guidance of Nv Ke Jing Lun
摘要
Abstract
Taking the academic thinking on leukorrheal diseases in Nv Ke Jing Lun(Profound Scholarship in Gynecology)as the main line,this paper summarizes XIAO Xun's theoretical understanding and academic characteristics in the etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic principles,and formulas of leukorrheal diseases.It holds that XIAO emphasizes first distinguishing exogenous pathogenic factors from internal damage,then differentiating deficiency,excess,cold,and heat,and finally determining corresponding treatments such as purging or supplementing,warming or clearing.In treatment,his academic features include paying attention to etiology-based syndrome differentiation,varying therapies according to syndromes,flexible application,and not rigidly adhering to established formulas.关键词
