Core Principles and Original Contributions of Xi Jinping's Discourse on Frontier Gov-ernance
摘要
Abstract
Xi Jinping's discourse on frontier governance represents the application of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to the frontier domain.Grounded in Marxist state theory and China's traditional governance wisdom,and drawing on the CPC's century-long frontier governance experience,this discourse articulates a coherent log-ic integrating theory,history,and practice.Its core tenets center on the strategic principle that"governing the nation requires governing the frontiers,"with Party leadership as the fundamental guarantee,the forging of a sense of community for the Chinese nation as the guiding thread,co-ordinated development and security as the key pathway,and frontier governance modernization as the institutional goal.This framework systematically addresses the fundamental questions of for whom,by whom,why,and how frontiers are to be governed in the new era.The discourse makes original theoretical contributions by enriching Marxist state governance and ethnic theories,guid-ing historic achievements in frontier governance in practice,and offering Chinese wisdom and so-lutions to global frontier governance challenges.关键词
