血清性激素水平与女性泪液排出时间的相关性研究
The relationship between serum sexual hormone levels and female tear drainage time

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum sex hormone levels and tear drainage time.Methods:Female health volunteers from the physical examination center between May 2023 to May 2024 were selected.Using a menopause duration of≥12 months as the criterion for menopause,they were divided into a menopause group and a non-menopause group.Among them,27 cases were included in the menopausal group and 36 cases in the non-menopausal group.The tear drainage time of the subjects was recorded under nasal endoscopy and three serum sex hormones were measured:estrogen(E2),androgen(TT),and progesterone(PROG).Results:Compared with the non-menopausal group,the menopausal group exhibited significantly lower serum levels of E2,TT and PROG,along with a significantly prolonged tear drainage time.Statistically significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of E2,TT and tear drainage time,but no significant difference was found in PROG levels.Linear analysis showed that tear drainage time increased as PROG,TT and E2 levels decreased,with TT and E2 exerting a significant influence on tear drainage time.Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that age was the primary influencing factor,with tear drainage time increasing significantly with age.Other variables(PROG,TT,E2)did not demonstrate a statistically effect on the tear discharge time.Conclusions:Androgen,estrogen and age are correlated with female tear drainage.Estrogen and androgen may be involved in the pathogenesis of primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction.关键词
