摘要

Abstract

The Corneal Visualization Scheimpflug Technology(Corvis ST)combines ultra-high-speed Scheimpflug imaging with non-contact tonometry,allowing for dynamic monitoring of the corneal deformation and recovery process.It provides a range of key biomechanical parameters,including highest concavity(HC),radius of curvature(R),stress-strain index(SSI),stiffness parameter at first applanation(SP-A1),and stiffness parameter at highest concavity(SP-HC).The system holds particular clinical value in the early screening and assessment of keratoconus,preoperative screening and postoperative monitoring in refractive surgery,as well as glaucoma classification and optic nerve evaluation.In addition to these applications,it aids in the biomechanical characterization of various ocular pathologies,such as thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy,diabetic retinopathy,and central serous chorioretinopathy,and serves as an early warning system for corneal complications in systemic disorders like non-infectious uveitis and inherited retinal diseases.This systematic review provides a comprehensive examination of the measurement principles,key parameters,and recent clinical advancements related to Corvis ST,with the ultimate aim of supporting its diagnostic and therapeutic application in ophthalmic practice.
