Application Value of Echocardiography Combined with Tissue Doppler Imag-ing in Evaluating Cardiac Function and Left Ventricular Systolic Synchrony in Patients with Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of echocardiography combined with tissue Doppler imaging(TDI)in the evaluation of cardiac function and left ventricular systolic synchrony in patients with myocardial ischemia.Methods A total of 35 patients diagnosed with myocardial ischemia in Nankang District Second People's Hospital of Ganzhou City from April 2024 to January 2026 were selected as the study group,and 35 healthy controls during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent conventional echocardiography and TDI examinations.Cardiac function indicators including LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD,as well as TDI parameters including s',e',a',e'/a'ratio and Ts-SD were detected and compared between the two groups.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic performance of single indicators and combined indicators for myocardial ischemia.Results The LVEF in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while LVEDD and LVESD were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The s',e'and e'/a'in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while a'and Ts-SD were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of combined echocardiographic indicators and TDI parameters for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia was 0.959,with a sensitivity of 0.943,a specificity of 0.943 and a Youden index of 0.886,and its diagnostic performance was superior to that of any single indicator.Conclusions Echocardiography and TDI can accurately reflect cardiac function impairment and left ventricular systolic dyssynchrony in patients with myocardial ischemia.The combined application of the two can improve the diagnostic accuracy of myocardial ischemia and provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
