Abstract
Objective To propose a selection and evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS),so as to facilitate the procurement of blood gas analyzers and associated consumables and reagents that meet clinical needs.Methods Firstly,the key factors for selecting blood gas analyzers and associated consumables and reagents were analyzed by expert demonstration,and an evaluation system was established comprising four overarching factors-device parameters,consumable and reagent parameters,cost and after-sales service-as well as sixteen sub-factors.Secondly,the AHP method was used to determine the weight of each indicator.Finally,the TOPSIS method was applied to obtaining a quantitative ranking of several schemes with different blood gas analyzers combined with consumables and reagents.Results The method proposed was applied to evaluating the selection of four blood gas analyzers in some hospital,and the evaluation results were consistent with the tender evaluation results.Conclusion The evaluation method based on the AHP and TOPSIS methods can serve as a reference for hospitals in purchasing blood gas analyzers and associated consumables and reagents that best meet their needs,thereby facilitating the standardized and refined management of medical devices that use sealed consumables and reagents.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(6):75-81]关键词
