Abstract
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),as an efficient,sensitive,and widely applicable separation and analysis tech-nique,has become an indispensable analytical method in the field of environmental monitoring.This article systematically reviews application of HPLC in monitoring various pollutants in environmental media such as the atmosphere,water bodies,soil,and sediments.These pollutants in-clude polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),aldehydes and ketones,phenols,anions,pesticides,antibiotics,and heavy metal species.Addi-tionally,the development of hyphenated techniques combining HPLC with mass spectrometry,atomic fluorescence spectroscopy,and other analyti-cal methods,as well as the resulting enhancements in analytical capabilities,are discussed.This review aims to provide a comprehensive techni-cal reference for environmental monitoring analysts and promote the deeper application of HPLC technology in environmental protection.关键词
