Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the proficiency and quality management level of participants in the determination of quercetin and kaempferol content in Pule an tablets through proficiency testing.[Methods]In accordance with the relevant requirements of the China National Accreditati-on Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS),the homogeneity and stability of the samples were tested.A scheme was designed to verify the proficiency of laboratories in determining the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Pule'an tablets.Robust statistical methods were employed to analyze the results,with Z-scores used to evaluate the detection outcomes.[Results]A total of 120 laboratories registered for the proficiency testing,and115 submitted results.The overall satisfactory rate was77.39%.[Conclusion]The majority of laboratories demonstrated the capa-bility to determine the content of quercetin and kaempferol in Pule an tablets.关键词
