Abstract
In view of the problem that high ammonia concentration at ore feeding points in underground cemented backfill stopes of a copper mine affects ore supply and operation,this paper analyzes the sources of ammonia gas and puts forward corresponding prevention and control technologies.Field simulation tests were carried out to confirm that ammonia gas is mainly generated by the reaction between granular explosives used in mining and cement for cemented backfilling.Considering the actual on-site conditions that explosives are prone to contact with cement during mining and the generated ammonia gas is difficult to eliminate,targeted technical prevention and control measures including precise medium-hole construction,blasting control,concentration dilution and personal protection were proposed and applied on site.After field application,the ammonia concentration and its impact on on-site operations are greatly reduced.The research results can provide a reference for ammonia prevention and control in mines encountering ammonia hazards during underground mining.关键词
