Abstract
In view of the difficult flotation separation of lead and zinc in low-grade and high-sulfur copper-lead-zinc ore from Qinghai,as well as the problems of reagent residue and wastewater treatment existing in the traditional high-alkalinity process,a combined flowsheet consisting of copper-lead bulk flotation,copper-lead separation,zinc flotation and sulfur recovery from tailings together with low-alkalinity flotation technology was adopted on the basis of process mineralogy analysis.The research results show that under the optimal grinding fineness of 67.00%passing-0.074 mm,B1+A3 combined collectors are used for copper-lead bulk flotation,collector C2 and pyrite depressant D1 are applied in zinc flotation,EF1301 serves as lead depressant and A3 acts as copper collector in copper-lead separation,and lime addition in roughing is eliminated.Under such test conditions,lead concentrate with a lead grade of 57.50%and recovery rate of 86.59%is obtained.Copper concentrate with grade of 19.50%and recovery of 64.07%,zinc concentrate with grade of 43.09%and recovery of 90.95%,and sulfur concentrate with grade of 32.74%were obtained.This low-alkalinity bulk flotation process effectively reduces mutual metal impurity content in lead and zinc concentrates and realizes efficient recovery of copper and lead resources,which provides reference significance for flotation of similar copper-lead sulfide ores.关键词
