高锌铜冶炼渣中锌赋存状态与还原挥发回收工艺研究
Study on Zinc Occurrence State and Reduction Volatilization Recovery Process of High-zinc Copper Smelting Slag

Abstract
To improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of high-zinc copper smelting slag,this paper investigates the occurrence state of zinc in electric furnace slag from an ISA furnace and develops a reduction volatilization recovery process.Mineralogical studies show that the zinc grade in the slag is 4.50%.Zinc mainly occurs in olivine,silicate mixtures,magnetite and pyrite in the forms of isomorphism or mechanical admixture,while approximately 0.31%exists as independent minerals with disseminated particle sizes ranging from 0.004 to 0.030 mm.Based on the research on zinc occurrence state,zinc was recovered via reduction volatilization process.The effects of temperature,carbon dosage and CaO dosage on zinc recovery rate were investigated.The results show that The zinc recovery rate reaches 87.21%under the process conditions of slag particle size less than 74 μm,temperature of 1 400℃,carbon addition of 4%and CaO addition of 11%.关键词
