提高流态化焙烧矿中铜的浸出率试验研究
Experimental Study on Improving Copper Leaching Rate of Fluidized Roasted Ore

Abstract
In view of the low copper leaching rate of fluidized-roasted zinc concentrate,combined with the mineralogical characteristics of materials and occurrence state of copper,the effect of final leaching acidity on copper leaching rate was explored.Systematic oxidative intensified leaching experiments were carried out under the terminal leaching pH values of 4.0 and 5.0.the results show that:Copper ion hydrolysis and precipitation are key factors affecting the direct recovery rate of copper in hydrometallurgy.The copper ion concentration at the leaching terminal pH of 4.0 is obviously higher than that at pH 5.0.The content of Fe2+in the solution system during leaching represents the reduction degree of the solution.Adding oxidant can reduce ferrous ion content and increase copper leaching rate.Meanwhile,the enhancement effect order of four common oxidant on copper leaching rate is obtained:potassium permanganate>sodium persulfate>hydrogen peroxide>manganese powder The research results provide theoretical and technical references for improving the copper leaching rate of fluidized roasted ore.关键词
