高频燃烧—红外吸收法测定铟及铟合金中碳
Determination of Carbon in Indium and Indium Alloys by High-frequency Combustion-Infrared Absorption Method

Abstract
Carbon greatly affects mechanical and technological properties of indium and indium alloys,while no national and industrial standard is available for its determination so far.A rapid detection method using high-frequency combustion-infrared absorption was established.The influences of sample mass and dosages of tungsten,pure iron and tin fluxes on test results were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of sample mass 250 mg,tungsten flux 1.0 g,pure iron flux 0.3 g and tin flux 0.2 g,the detection limit is 0.000 2%,and the determination range is 0.000 6%~0.012%.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)is less than 3.8%,and the spike recovery ranges from 95.8%to 101.3%.This method features high efficiency,accuracy and reliability,which meets the requirements for carbon determination in indium and indium alloys.关键词
