Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low automation,high energy consumption and poor operation stability of traditional aluminum processing circulating water systems,a PLC-based automatic control system for aluminum processing circulating water was established,which realized variable frequency speed control of cooling towers and hot water pumps as well as linkage control of electric valves.Industrial application shows that the system can monitor the parameter changes of circulating water in real time,and the abnormal failure rate is reduced by 50%;the power consumption per ton of aluminum is reduced from 20 kW·h to 16 kW·h,with a decrease of 20%;unmanned operation is realized and the number of operators is reduced by 2.It can provide a reference for the automatic upgrading of similar industrial circulating water systems.关键词
