Civilizational Traits and Educational Restructuring in the AI Era:An In-depth Analysis from the Perspectives of Chinese Character Advantages,Humanistic Core and University Transformation

Abstract
The groundbreaking advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)is driving profound changes in the forms of human civilization and educational systems.The AI era entails not only technological iteration but also the reaffirmation of civilizational traits and the restructuring of educational systems.A systematic analysis of the breakthroughs in AI's three core components-computing power,algorithms and big data-and their impacts on civilization carriers shows that the civilizational traits embodied in the pictographic nature and inherent semantic networks of Chinese characters exhibit unique advantages over alphabetic writing systems in the semantic association logic of AI,which lays a cultural foundation for the development of Chinese AI.Faced with the disruptive impacts of AI on the disciplinary systems,teaching models and employment structures of traditional universities,education must break free from the inertia of"instrumental rationality"and return to a"human-oriented"approach.The core is to uphold the humanistic values rooted in"independent spirit and free thought";guided by this principle,we should advance the transformation of teacher education from scale expansion to quality improvement,break disciplinary barriers to foster interdisciplinary competencies,and utilize regional cultural resources to pursue differentiated innovation.Ultimately,educational restructuring in the AI era should forge a new ecosystem rooted in Chinese character civilization,centered on humanistic spirit,driven by cross-boundary integration,and supported by regional characteristics.This ensures that technological progress serves the all-round development of humans and the inheritance of civilizational heritage.关键词
