Expert Consensus on the Selection and Evaluation of Innovative Drugs in Medical Institutions
摘要
Abstract
To promote the scientific and standardized selection and evaluation of innovative drugs in medical institutions,further enhance the level of pharmacy management,ensure the smooth access for innovative drugs into hospitals,and guarantee their rational clinical use,this Expert Consensus on the Selection and Evaluation of Innovative Drugs in Medical Institutions has been formulated.This consensus first established a pool of indicators for the selection and evaluation of innovative drugs in medical institutions using literature analysis and panel discussions.The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)were then employed to determine the final indicator system and assign weights to each indicator.Building upon this foundation,the consensus utilized a 100-point quantitative evaluation method,clearly defining the quantification ranges and scoring levels for each detailed indicator.This process ultimately constructed a core indicator system comprising 7 primary indicators and 32 secondary indicators.The consensus project team conducted multiple rounds of discussions and revisions on the initial draft based on expert feedback,ensuring the scientific rigor,practicality,and operational feasibility of the content,culminating in the final version.This consensus represents a tailored exploration and practice in the selection and evaluation of innovative drugs for medical institutions.Medical institutions at all levels are encouraged to refer to this consensus when conducting innovative drug selection and evaluation processes.This will better meet clinical needs and safeguard patient medication safety and rational drug use.关键词
