米诺地尔的毛囊靶向制剂研究进展
Research Progress on Minoxidil Preparations with Hair Follicle Targeting Ability
摘要
Abstract
Minoxidil(MXD)is a first-line therapeutic drug approved by the U.S.Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.However,tha existing MXD formulations have the drawbacks of slow onset and significant side effects,making research on new MXD formulations both theoretically and practically significant.This review systematically sum-marizes the research progress in enhancing the hair follicle targeting performance of MXD formulations through supramolecular in-teractions,nanoparticles,and microneedle delivery systems.The review discusses the opportunities and challenges posed by the application of new technologies in the research of medications for alogecia treatment,provides a reference for the development of hair follicle targeting formulations of MXD as well as transdermal drug delivery systems.关键词
