摘要
Abstract
Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor(GLP-1R)agonists exhibit unique glucose-lowering and weight-loss effects in the treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).However,due to the high prevalence of obesity and T2DM pop-ulations and their complex pathological characteristics,the therapeutic efficacy of GLP-1R agonists falls far short of current clini-cal needs.In contrast,glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)multi-receptor agonists can exert synergistic effects by activating distinct receptors in metabolic regulation,thereby enhancing therapeutic efficacy and mitigating adverse reactions.As a result,increasing research investments have been dedicated to GLP-1 multi-receptor agonists in recent years.This article provides a comprehensive review of the clinical research advances of GLP-1 multi-receptor agonists in the management of obesity and T2DM.关键词
