Abstract

Organic chemistry experiment serves as a core practical course for biomedical science majors,undertaking the dual mission of knowledge impartation and value guidance.To address current teaching issues—such as the fragmentation of ideological and political education,weak awareness of academic integrity,and insufficient integration of green chemistry concepts—this paper constructs a three-dimensional ideological and political goal system centered on"scientists'spirit and medical benevolence","academic integrity and medical ethics",and"green environmental protection and biosafety".Through multiple teaching methods,including case-based teaching,problem-oriented teaching,blended teaching,practical teaching,and OBE(Outcome-Based Education)evaluation,ideological and political elements are systematically integrated into the entire process of experimental teaching.Analysis of 102 student assignments across three consecutive academic years(2023-2025)reveals strong student engagement with these thematic dimensions,with reference rates exceeding 84%across all three areas(84.3%of students mentioned"scientists'spirit and medical benevolence",90.1%focused on"academic integrity and medical ethics",and 87.2%involved"green environmental protection and biosafety").Teaching practice shows that this course has effectively improved students'sense of scientific responsibility,teamwork ability,and awareness of green safety,and formed a talent cultivation model featuring"resonance between professional knowledge and ideological and political education".It provides a reference path for the ideological and political construction of practical courses in colleges and universities.
