大口黑鲈的光色偏好与最适趋光照度研究
Study on light color preference and optimal light intensity of largemouth bass

Abstract
The adult largemouth bass was taken as the object to explore its light color preference and the optimal light intensity,in order to explore the feasibility of using its light preference to design traps.Firstly,the preference of largemouth bass to different light colors was studied in a circular tank(light color selection test:red,yellow,blue and green 4-color 16 W LED lights).On this basis,a rectangular tank(phototaxis test:same color light;green light threshold test:12 W,25 W,40 W,60 W,90 W LED light)was used to carry out the phototaxis threshold test of largemouth bass on its preferred light color,and the test data were processed by video analysis and statistical analysis.The results showed that the fish in the total darkness group were randomly distributed(P>0.05);In light color selection,the distribution rates of green light(43.12%±3.67%)and blue light(36.83%±3.41%)were significantly higher than those of red and yellow light(P<0.001);The order of night selection index was green>blue>black>red>yellow;In the phototaxis test,the fish tended to the light source under blue and green light,and avoided under red and yellow light;In the green light threshold test,40 W(maximum illumination of 108 lx)groups were most densely distributed at the light source,while the 60 W and 90 W groups avoided due to strong light.This study confirmed that specific light color and illumination had a strong trapping effect on largemouth bass.The results could provide technical basis for the design of light trapping device.The method used in this study could also provide reference for the study of light preference of other species of fish.关键词
