防污涂料对养殖容器中水流速度及水体混合度的影响
Study on six kinds of antifouling coatings for improving flow rate and mixing uniformity of water body in aquarium

Abstract
Aquaculture requires breeding materials to be artifouling,non-toxic,smooth and friction free,etc.This study selected six environmentally friendly antifouling coatings with outstanding anti-fouling performance,environmental friendliness,and broad market prospects.Specifically,these include epoxy resin-based series(SA-0,SA-Ag,SA-P-Ag)and acrylic resin-based series(SM-0,SM-E,SM-E-Cu)as research subjects.By measuring the velocity field distribution and changes in water mixing within the aquaculture containers after coating application,the study systematically evaluated the impact of different coating surfaces on the hydrodynamic environment.Compared with the white glass(blank control),all six coatings significantly increased the water flow velocity at the bottom of the aquaculture containers(horizontal flow velocity),enhancing water mixing within the containers.They maintained water uniformity for longer periods,improved water utilization efficiency,and reduced energy consumption.Among them,SA-P-Ag and SM-E-Cu coatings demonstrated the most effective enhancement of bottom-layer flow velocity,increasing it by 57.7%and 95.8%respectively compared with clear glass.Furthermore,SA-P-Ag and SA-Ag both achieved maximum water homogenization rates within the containers at 4 hours,reaching 98.35%and 96.45%,respectively.Meanwhile,SM-E and SM-E-Cu attained maximum homogenization rates at 2 hours,achieving 96.9%and 95.9%,respectively.Comparing SA and SM series coatings,the SM series achieves maximum homogenization 1-2 hours faster than the SA series.However,in terms of maximum homogenization efficiency,the SA series coatings outperform the SM series by an average of 0.7%,with a maximum difference reaching 4.9%.Research indicates that both SA and SM series coatings can accelerate water mixing,shorten mixing time,and increase maximum mixing efficiency.Among these,SM outperforms SA in mixing speed and efficiency,while SA surpasses SM in achieving maximum mixing efficiency.关键词
