Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site ovarian cystectomy(TU-LESS)in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 100 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different surgical procedures,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group underwent multi-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,while the observation group underwent TU-LESS.The cyst recurrence rate,levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),visual analog scale(VAS)scores,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The cyst recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was also lower than that in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 6 months after surgery,AMH and E2 levels in both groups were lower than those at 1 day before surgery,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).LH and FSH levels in both groups were higher than those at 1 day before surgery,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).At 6,12,24,48,and 72 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time points,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with multi-port laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,TU-LESS has certain advantages in the treatment of premenopausal ovarian cysts,including reducing early postoperative pain,lowering the short-term incidence of complications,improving ovarian reserve-related indicators at 6 months after surgery,and reducing the cyst recurrence rate at 6 months after surgery.关键词
