摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive dysfunction,and its pathogenesis remains unclear.More and more studies have shown that gut microbiota may be involved in the development and progression of AD through the"gut-brain axis".This article reviews the association between gut microbiota and AD and discusses the pathogenic mechanisms and therapeutic prospects of gut microbiota in AD.关键词
