裂隙脑室综合征1例报告并文献复习
Slit ventricle syndrome:A case report and literature review
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,differential diagnosis,and treatment of slit ventricle syndrome(SVS),and to improve the awareness of this disease among neurologists,reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and achieve early identification and effective treatment.A retrospective analysis was performed for a patient who was admitted to our hospital with headache as the main symptom and underwent ventriculoperitoneal shunt(VPS)in April 2022.The patient was misdiagnosed with spontaneous intracranial hypotension and cerebral venous and si-nus thrombosis,and after the confirmed diagnosis of SVS,the patient was transferred to Department of Neurosurgery and was improved after transventricular shunting.For patients with low or high intracranial pressure treated with VPS and arach-noid cyst-peritoneal shunt many years ago,the onset of SVS should be closely monitored,and individualized diagnosis and treatment regimens should be developed based on actual clinical features and classification.关键词
